Just thought I would let you know why I choose yourself. 1st impression was great all the info you gave me before I even signed up when I was looking for some one to help with my program you didn't ask for money straight up you pointed me in right direction and gave great advice. 2nd is the back up that we get when ever we need something either pm you, email or post it you always get a reply. 3rd the results that you get shows the wealth and knowledge that you have.

Hi Josh,

Living where I live obviously my training was going to be online. So I sussed out a few including you. Why I chose PE is mainly when I spoke to you your enthusiasm was contagious, you understood about the family as in there are some sacrifices us Mums just wont make, it was obvious that it wasn't about the money. As well it is the 24hour contact being able to contact you by phone and the online diaries. No other online training offers that well not that I found anyway.

Hey Josh

I was just reading your sticky about what attracts us to PE.

I was attracted to PE purely for the fact that I knew when I was going to be stepping on the stage I would not have a support network, so it was more so the fact of knowing that you would be at the comp & there to answer my every question & also to handle ever whimper I might have had as well.

Honesty it is not only a reputation (credibility) with your knowledge it is also your beliefs.  After speaking with you (which felt just like a friendly chat) you made it clear where you stand in your training philosophy.  You didn’t ask me my thoughts and then cater your conversation to what I wanted to here.  You said what you believe and that allowed me to know if our ideals (for lack of a better word) matched.  I very much look forward to working with you because I believe this is more then a job for you.

No one truly knows what it is like to be me the pain, disappointment, ups and the downs that life brings. Josh is the first trainer that I have ever trusted a man who is focused on your well being and money not being the driving force. This approach empowered me to strive to gain the best body for me no comparisons it was all about me doing my best. I felt truly inspired as this has not happened in my life before. The gym as many heavy people would attest to really scared me (self esteem issues, not understanding the machines and feeling inadequate). Through Josh's support I gained the confidence that made me not only enjoy the gym environment but made me feel that I belonged as we all truly do.

Physique Essentials training plays no favorites all involved are treated as equals, for example Mr. Natural Olympia get the same attention as I do a person who will never be on stage. But I truly felt like I won a gold medal when I met my goals truly remarkable feeling. If some one is struggling with weight and focus I feel no I know that Josh is the man you need to ring today don't wait every day creates more doubts and excuses.
