First and foremost I am a husband and father. I am a dedicated athlete, a published author and writer (I write for the fitness magazines) and a Fitness Industry Innovator. I basically live and breath health and fitness! I have a 13 year history with the ADF, so I totally understand the requirements for the local establishments and the services in general. I am a 'slight' workaholic, always researching new ways to generate your results faster!. I am a bit of a whiz in the kitchen creating new ways to make healthy food tasty, though Cass will say I don't spend nearly enough time there. I am extremely motivated, and can motivate you when you need it the most.
