I was one of those gym rats that wanted to know everything about weight training, but did not know how to find out all the great information that I needed to compete. I found Josh through Bodybuilding.com, and got in contact with him right away. Days later I was one of his competition clients through the online training program. I used all the technicques that Josh has provided me with, and applied them to the fullest in the gym. I have hit personal bests almost every week. And still am even though my carbs are at an all time low. I started out squating at 275lbs and now am at 345lbs for reps. All areas of my weight training have gone through the roof! I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be dumbbell curling 70lbs for reps. I started out at a body weight of 185lbs and now am at a lean and mean 169lbs.
