I have
found Josh and the Metabolic Precision program to be refreshingly
different.
I have
never felt hungry on the program in fact sometimes almost the opposite
and I know when I follow it to the letter I do see the results. Josh is
amazingly supportive and tough at the same time with both my workouts
and accountability. I’ve always been pretty active but I’m now feeling
much fitter and stronger than I have in years

I am in my early 40’s and have been obsessive about my weight my entire
adult life. I would describe myself as a typical ‘yo yo’ dieter. Since
starting MP, I have had to re-educate my way of thinking and change a
belief system that the only way to lose weight is to starve. In the
beginning, I struggled with six MP meals a day. Now I can’t go without
them. I have seen a definite change in body composition and I am
stronger than I have ever been.
But the most amazing result for me has been the lowering of my
cholesterol from 7.4 to 6.1. This is a fantastic result and I am now
determined to get it even lower. I love the energy I have, the way my
favourite jeans fit and for the first time ever, I have strong
fingernails. I also love the example I am setting for my two young
sons.
Thank you Josh for your support and encouragement and for teaching me
the right way to eat, but most of all for helping me improve my health
in a holistic, natural way.

I am a committed fitness junkie and after training with Josh Dickinson
for 6 months I wanted to do MP with a burning passion.
Josh delivered the MP to me with exceptional commitment, skill and
knowledge and my results certainly show this. I am a 54 year old full
time nurse with a physically demanding job. I often receive comments on
my physique from colleagues and strangers who ask me what i do to look
like that. I have tons more energy to get through my busy work and
fitness schedule.
My muscle and strength gains have been unbelievable to me and to do one
80 kg squat on the bar and weighted chins- I still can’t really believe
it. Cardio wise I have also seen improvements with a resting pulse of
40- 44 i am stoked- all those ICE sessions!!! And to run a 10km hill
challenge in just over 60 minutes is a massive improvement to my
previous 10km times. I definitely recommend MP- it wasn’t easy, it was
very hard really but has set me up for a long healthy life of good
nutrition, health and happiness.
MP has just made me want to continue on to get better, fitter, leaner
and stronger and has fired up my motivation and determination.
