Exercise Description: Leg Press

Specs: Muscles Worked: The primary muscles worked during leg presses are the Quadriceps, Hamstrings and Glutes. Secondarily you are working just about every part of your body but not quite to the same degree as squats.

Instructions: Sit in machine and place your legs on the foot plate. Release the safety stops and bend your knees towards your chest. When your knees are fully bent extend your knees until your legs are fully extended.
