Exercise Description: AB Ball Lying Leg Raise
Specs: Muscles Worked: The primary muscles worked during leg raises are the Lower Abdominals. Secondarily are the Upper Abdominals, Obliques, and Hip Flexors.
Instruction: 1) Lay over ball (back down) and position under hips. 2) Reach back and grab a bench for support and assist in stability. 3) Lift legs up, as in a traditional lying leg raise. 4) Lower under control, and repeat. 5) This is quite a difficult exercise, and maximum concentration is a must. Also, you do not need to add any extra resistance, your bodyweight will provide a sufficient amount.
